What Should I Do If The Lithium Car Wash Guns Can't Spray Water?

Lithium car wash guns can't absorb water. Generally speaking, there may be the following three reasons:

(1) Air is sucked into the high-pressure water pump or the water inlet pipeline. At this time, we only need to pull the trigger of the high-pressure water gun, lower the working pressure of the high-pressure cleaner and run it for a while until a stable pressure is generated.

(2) The water supply is insufficient. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the pressure of the water source is sufficient. Some high-pressure cleaners do not have a self-priming function. At this time, adding a booster pump can solve the problem.

(3) If The water supply filter is blocked, then just clean the water supply filter

reason:

1. The nozzle hole is blocked. The nozzle can be disassembled and cleaned. 2. There is air in the pipeline. You can check whether the thread of the water inlet pipe is tight, then fill the water inlet pipe with water, turn on the spray gun, and start the motor.

3. The water inlet pipe is broken. Just replace the water inlet pipe.

4. The filter screen is blocked. Just clean the filter.

Cleaning method:

1. Immersion cleaning is a cleaning method in which cleaning liquid is added to the cleaning tank and the objects to be washed are immersed in it. Since it is cleaned only by the chemical action of the cleaning solution, the cleaning ability is weak and it takes a long time. Circulate the washer fluid.

2. Air jet cleaning is a cleaning method in which an air jet pipe (multiple suction pipes) is installed in the cleaning tank, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the object to be washed with gas. The pressure is above 20kg/cm2.

3. Jet cleaning sprays the cleaning solution in the liquid phase from the side of the tank, and the cleaning is promoted by the stirring force (physical effect) of the cleaning solution. The washing ability is stronger than immersion cleaning.

4. Scrubbing Install brushes in the cleaning chamber, and the workpiece has a special support or fixture. While the cleaning agent is impregnated or drenched, it is mainly cleaned by the mechanical friction between the brush and the workpiece. As a primary cleaning, the effect is direct.

5. Ultrasonic cleaning is a method in which an ultrasonic vibrator is installed in the cleaning tank to generate ultrasonic energy (shock waves of thousands of atmospheres) to clean all the objects to be washed.

6. Spray cleaning Install a spray pipe in the cleaning tank, spray the cleaning liquid on the object to be cleaned in the gas phase, and the pressure is less than 2kg/cm2.

7. Decompression cleaning produces a negative pressure in the cleaning tank. Due to the decompression, the detergent can better penetrate into the gaps in the laundry. If it works with ultrasonic waves, the cleaning effect will be greatly enhanced.

8. Spray cleaning is a cleaning method in which a spray pipe is installed in the washing tank and the washing is sprayed onto the object to be cleaned in the gas phase.

9. Rotating cylinder cleaning Install a rotating device in the tank to rotate the cylinder and stir the cleaned objects at the same time. It is often used in combination with the jet flow and ultrasonic cleaning.

10. Shaking cleaning Install a shaking mechanism in the tank, load the laundry, and make it move up and down in the washing tank. It is mostly used in combination with the jet flow and ultrasonic cleaning.
